Welcome to Baila.com! Please read these Terms and Conditions of use carefully before using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our websites.
 
Introduction and Definitions
Baila.comis an online service operated by The V5 Group in conjunction with Ticketpop.com (collectively referred to “Baila”),which provides ticket sales processing services for events and attractions.

The “user” refers to every person who establishes a connection for access to and use of Baila.

The “agreement” refers to the terms and conditions that apply to use of ticketpop.com by User.

By using Baila, user agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.  Any conduct by a user that in Baila’s sole opinion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Baila is expressly prohibited.

BAILA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS OR FAILURE TO ACT OF ANY VENUE, PERFORMER, PROMOTER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OR REFERENCED ON THE SITE.

Limitation on Liability

Purchase Policy
Our goal at Baila.com is to make your purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible.  The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Baila.com. Methods of Payment
Credit cards:  Major credit cards Visa and Mastercard are accepted as a valid form of payment.
Cash:  Cash purchases must be made at the main offices of Baila at 1106 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago, IL, 60640.

Pricing and Availability
Baila sells tickets on behalf of third parties and does not set the ticket prices, determine seating locations or set additional restrictions.  Additional restrictions such as “21 and over” are enforced for some events and venues.  It is the buyer’s duty to determine prior to purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists.  We will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction.  Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges under either of these circumstances.

Handling Charges
Tickets purchased through Baila are subject to per ticket non-refundable service charges and fees dependant on ticket price.  Service charges, processing fees, delivery fees and/or any per ticket handling fees are not refundable even if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection.  Baila will not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.  All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.  Service charges, processing fees, delivery fees and/or any per ticket handling fees are not refundable even if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Delivery
Baila can deliver purchased tickets through UPS for an additional charge.  Certain restrictions apply depending on the date of the event and the date when tickets are purchased.  If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us at 773-561-9111 or at help@baila.com.

Tickets delivered through will-call are typically available one hour prior to the event’s start time.  A photo ID is required for all will-call pickup locations.
